Legal Reality Newsletter 01/15/ A. D. 2012

15 January A.D. 2012

There may be more to the litigation, and if so, we’ll be able to match these concepts with that “final” ruling on the matter.

The 10th Circuit’s ruling is 100% consistent with our present legal reality.

The problem with these “anti-sharia law” efforts is that they’ve been “sabotaged” from the outset.  They were never intended to prevail.  They were intended solely as an outlet so that the “anti” voice could be slammed into the ground, so as to allow “marketing” on the concept that might not otherwise be possible.

Legal Reality – Why OWS Will Fail To Ignite A “Revolution”

20 October A.D. 2011

This is along the lines of how this author expects this one to be “played” and “marketed” in the future.

If Limbaugh is right, that the “front” organization that registered “Occupy Wall Street” as a commercial slogan back in the summer, is pretending also to be “anti-jewish,” the availability for “spin” has not yet begun to be realized!

What’s fascinating is how many other groups have been drawn in by the “nameless,” “leaderless” effort.

If this is a test to see how strong the political base is for more installation of the “police state,” and “Nazi-communo-fascism,” in today’s society, we’ll see in the coming year, via this and that form of “new legislation,” what the results of this social engineering test are.

Subject: Why OWS will fail to ignite a “revolution”
Date: Wed, 19 Oct 2011 17:36:55 +0000 (UTC)

Succinctly, it is just another in a long line of Marxist protests which just hasn’t been fully found out yet.  http://www.qando.net/?p=11805

And, it’s useful to a certain political contingent at the moment.

But, as Charles Gasparino notes in his NY Daily Post article, at its core Occupy Wall Street is an anti-capitalist Marxist movement:

The standard portrayal of the Wall Street protesters goes something like this: Ragtag group of unemployed young adults, venting often incoherent but overall legitimate populist outrage about economic inequality. But go down to the movement’s headquarters, as I did this past weekend, and you see something far different.

It’s not just that knowledge of their “oppressors” — the evil bankers — is pretty thin, or that many of them are clearly college kids with nothing better to do than embrace the radical chic of “a cause.” I found a unifying and increasingly coherent ideology emerging among the protesters, which at its core has less to do with the evils of the banking business and more about the evils of capitalism — and the need for a socialist revolution.

Gasparino goes on to detail what he found and it’s as unremarkable and as expected a listing of what you’d find at any A.N.S.W.E.R. protest.  You know it is radical when even Richard Trumka is vilified:

That was pretty mild compared to the sentiments offered in the official “Statement of the League for the Revolutionary Party” on the protests. These guys view as the enemy not just Wall Street tycoons, but also liberal labor leaders like Richard Trumka of the AFL-CIO.

The problem with Trumka, according to the Revolutionary Party and its Zuccotti Park contingent: He wants to work with wishy-washy Democratic Party politicians, where the true revolutionaries want to “defend and develop Marxist theory as a guide to action,” which is the protests’ real purpose.

And yet Trumka is one of many Democrats who at least tentatively embraces this mob.  Political expediency.  They want to use this to validate their class warfare campaign.

Yes friends, the murderous Che is again plastered on everything and the “revolutionary” Marxist spirit permeates everything – which is why this is eventually destined to implode:

Maybe the worse-spent dollar I have ever spent in my life was on a propaganda broadsheet titled “Justice,” which advocates “Struggle, Solidarity, Socialism.” On the front page of the newspaper-like document, beneath the headline “Capitalism: System Failure,” was a tease for a story on the economy and how “influential business economist Nouriel Roubini” recently said how “Karl Marx had it right. At some point, capitalism can destroy itself.”

Yes, the left-leaning Roubini made that fatuous statement, and many similar ones — so many, in fact, that he has lost much of his credibility in financial circles, though that didn’t quite make it into the “Marx Was Right!” story.

Also absent was any notice of how the much-hated banks benefited not from free-market capitalism, which would have let them fail in 2008, but from crony capitalism that bailed them out. The similar cronyism practiced by Trumka and the Obama administration — massive spending on useless but politically connected businesses like Solyndra, paired with class-warfare rhetoric — likewise has very little to do with free markets.

Yeah, this ain’t the ‘60s kids.  And the core then was just as radical as the core of OWS is now.  When the war in Vietnam ended, so did the ability of the radicals to get their anti-capitalist message out.

Eventually this will be seen by the populace as a whole for what it really is.  That’s because at some point, the true nature of that core that Gasparino talks about will shine through in such a way that even slick spin doctors won’t be able to credibly deny it.   And when that happens, the entire movement will collapse like a wet paper box.

War Under Heaven: The World At Commerce Update 10/05/2011

When I see where events have brought us, in the past year, I see that people still do not learn the lessons of history. For all of the commotion that has taken place, it is still the same old thing. Human nature is a creature of habit. All of the protests we are seeing now are going around in the same old rut.

Separation of Bureaucracy and Humanity 7/12/2011

These days, we have so many influences bringing out glaring contrasts between Bureaucracy and Humanity. The hot spot today is the Federal Budget debate. This is nothing new. We’ve been watching people threaten each other with poverty since forever. It is during these bouts of confusing numbers and inflammatory ultimatums that we are reminded that turning on floodlights in a crowded bar, at midnight, can expose a lot of surprises.

It is in the contrasts, brought out it all their naked glory, that we see the behavior that causes us to cringe at admitting that we are associated with any of this mockery of all things American. Yet, we need this. We need to understand that Bureaucracy is anti-human. It is cannibalistic. Even in it’s most commercial context, it is impossible to find any compassion or grace for the behavior of Bureaucracy. Something happens to people when they gain auspicious titles and put on a suit and tie. In reality, they are no less human. They just act as predatory animals.

There is one thing that we can be sure of. Those who gain by this unreasonable facsimile of a reality show called government will not be found in line when the inevitable next step down in the currency collapse is taken. None will admit complicity in the Ponzi scheme that is the Federal Reserve. There won’t be a deal good enough to persuade the world to buy U. S. Treasury debt. The situation will become institutional looting and piracy.

This is the point when the masks come off and the wolves devour the sheep. The turmoil and protest in other countries will be seen in the United States. Bureaucracy believes that it is a law unto itself. The human common sense response would be to admit that there is a higher court than any institution of Man. But then, Bureaucracy ate of the forbidden fruit and bought into the original lie, long ago. No, the men of renown have not become gods, and their pride is going before destruction.

Who’s holding the gun? (via The Owl Pundit)

Since U. S. citizens are shareholders in the Federal corporation, and volunteered to pay the debts of said corporation, they can just shut up and pay their taxes.

Who's holding the gun? Many progressives are upset that social services are on the chopping block while we are "giving" billions in tax breaks to the wealthy. At the recent twitter town hall event, President Obama said, "The debt ceiling should not be something that is used as a gun against the heads of the American people to extract tax breaks for corporate jet owners or oil and gas companies that are making billions of dollars because the price of gasoline has gone u … Read More

Legal Reality Newsletter 7/7/2011

7 July A.D. 2011

The article below is by R.K. Blacksher.  It was posted 5 July 2011.  In the link at strike-the-root.com, he lists his occupation as “Drone.”  Creative, anyway.

This author prefers Pat Shannan’s lesson in the matter.  The term “constitution-ist” is the proper description of one who supports, promotes a/the “constitution,” as contrasted with the term “constitution-al-ist,” which is one who supports a/the “constitutional,” which term IS a noun, and, in some parts of the country, that noun refers to the function of the last part of the alimentary canal.  What Blacksher is saying, in his way, is that there are no political solutions.

Here is the very last concept in this piece:  “People cannot free themselves if they do not believe they are enslaved. People need to stop trying to free themselves through politics and start trying to free themselves from politics.”

Clearly, Blacksher does not yet understand, completely, the nature of the problem, because slaves have zero authority to obligate themselves or their property commercially.  It’s precisely because there is NO slavery that the present “funny money” system “works.”  Said another way, involuntary bondage had to go in order for it to be replaced with our present condition of voluntary bondage.

Slaves can’t get credit cards or open retirement accounts or purchase land or cars, etc.  Only those with the legal capacity to enter into agreements may engage in even the basics of commercial activity. In the same way that children and medically incompetent people have no “capacity” to bind themselves commercially, slaves have no capacity to bind themselves commercially.

Where one finds few legal remedies for involuntary bondage, given that such law exists in a society that finds it moral and acceptable for one human being to “own,” as property, another human being (which concept is all throughout Scripture), one has all kinds of remedies for Voluntary Bondage.  Voluntary Bondage is the by-product of our present commercial system, in which we’re seduced, through our ignorance (unawareness) of our present legal reality, into binding, commercial obligations that are enforced in such a way as to make us think that the authority relied upon is law.  Voluntary Bondage is something over which we have 100% control.  Thus, on the flip side of that same coin, we have only ourselves to blame.

To play the game of politics is to pretend that the politicians are “the problem.”  Thus, by changing them, the problem may be fixed via a different group of politicians who will then rewrite or just “delete” the offensive, oppressive, police-state “statutes.”  Fortunately, that’s not how the present system functions.  Since no politician in any office can ever compel anyone to sign up for any “gotcha agreement,” by which we impale ourselves on the horns of Voluntary Bondage, no politician, in or out of office, is “the” problem.

“People need to stop trying to free themselves through politics and start trying to free themselves from politics.”  R. K. Blacksher.
Very well said.
