Unnatural Law: Legality vs. Humanity Update 09/05/2011

In these days of daily conflict and contradiction, the issue of Legality vs. Humanity is at the forefront of news stories. With all of the political spin and duplicity in reporting, we have legitimate concerns about who and what we can believe.

The Island of Uncle Sam

The Island of Uncle Sam

The background information for this article is in “The Spirit of Dr. Moreau”. I’ll add the link for that, at the end of the text. Between now and then, we’ll examine what corporations are and what they do.

Separation of Bureaucracy and Humanity July 20th, 2011

Separation of Bureaucracy and Humanity

July 20th, 2011

Today, we find many genocide and human rights issues in the administration of the Private Law System as implemented by various governmental bodies. Today, I encountered such a circumstance here in Longmont, CO. The court system has been operating in the artificial construct of private law for so long, that they don’t recognize the Law. Unnatural Law: Fiat Currency vs. Real Money

Unnatural Law

                                              Fiat Currency vs. Real Money

I don’t know why people do the things that they already know won’t work. I suppose that values get skewed by material comfort and convenience. Most people have never had to walk to a landfill, looking for something to eat, that won’t kill them. Most people have never slept outdoors, unless they were on a camping trip, with better accommodations available to them. A life unchallenged by want can develop into delusion.

Separation of Bureaucracy and Humanity 7/12/2011

These days, we have so many influences bringing out glaring contrasts between Bureaucracy and Humanity. The hot spot today is the Federal Budget debate. This is nothing new. We’ve been watching people threaten each other with poverty since forever. It is during these bouts of confusing numbers and inflammatory ultimatums that we are reminded that turning on floodlights in a crowded bar, at midnight, can expose a lot of surprises.

It is in the contrasts, brought out it all their naked glory, that we see the behavior that causes us to cringe at admitting that we are associated with any of this mockery of all things American. Yet, we need this. We need to understand that Bureaucracy is anti-human. It is cannibalistic. Even in it’s most commercial context, it is impossible to find any compassion or grace for the behavior of Bureaucracy. Something happens to people when they gain auspicious titles and put on a suit and tie. In reality, they are no less human. They just act as predatory animals.

There is one thing that we can be sure of. Those who gain by this unreasonable facsimile of a reality show called government will not be found in line when the inevitable next step down in the currency collapse is taken. None will admit complicity in the Ponzi scheme that is the Federal Reserve. There won’t be a deal good enough to persuade the world to buy U. S. Treasury debt. The situation will become institutional looting and piracy.

This is the point when the masks come off and the wolves devour the sheep. The turmoil and protest in other countries will be seen in the United States. Bureaucracy believes that it is a law unto itself. The human common sense response would be to admit that there is a higher court than any institution of Man. But then, Bureaucracy ate of the forbidden fruit and bought into the original lie, long ago. No, the men of renown have not become gods, and their pride is going before destruction.

Fwd: California Disinvestment Accelerates — voting with one’s feet

This is another great item from Harmon Taylor. The same activity has been going on in New York State for at least a decade. According to the 2010 Census, both New York City and New York State have lost 1 million in population, the central issue being taxes. States and municipalities can’t hold people prisoner and squeeze them dry.

7 July A.D. 2011
It works a little bit.  One CAN reduce the insane level of control and “taxation” to a less insane level by geographically relocating.  However, one can terminate that control completely by only one method — terminating the “gotcha agreements.”
One need not relocate to terminate “gotcha agreements” right where one finds himself/herself at the moment one is reading this note.
To relocate is to “vote.”  It’s in the nature of a “veto,” but it is a “vote.”  In this sense, we vote with every commercial transaction we engage.

Keeping Up Appearances

Keeping Up Appearances

So often in the Commercial world, appearances do not match reality. We see happy consumers, cheerful, happy employees, Utopian community scenes and of course, promotional freebies. The anxiety of predatory marketing and suppressive consumer relations practices are an undercurrent of consumer abuse. All is not well in the land of Commerce, and we know it.

History records many destructive and injurious results from the Corporatist worldview. People are forced to yield to sub-human and abusive, uncaring demands. The result is that the social structure becomes fractured and communities are divided off to be conquered. Sweeping the streets and sprucing up the neighborhood can’t hide structural defects, for very long. Appearances mean nothing if they only hide the certainty of future damage.

The Corporatist response to a negative situation is to neutralize or eliminate people. When faced with an obstacle, Corporatism displaces populations and seizes resources. Opposition to Corporatist goals is met with acts of financial war, followed by occupation and subjugation. Civil disruption is the outward display of the deliberate dismantling of a social structure. Millions of people are rendered non-entities by social programs and development policies. When people submit to external management, they are not the highest priority. Government sees itself as the highest priority in society. Corporatism brings the mechanism of oppression together. People are measured for their cost-effectiveness. Their status within the corporate structure is changed according to inhuman parameters. Eventually, they are classified as “Expired”, before they stop breathing.

What can the public do to defend itself from the excesses of the Corporatist agenda? Overall, the Corporatist agenda ignores human concerns. Individual components of the corporate structure are more vulnerable, because they are replaceable agents. In many instances, another corporate entity steps in as the “White Knight” figure and punishes the transgressor. It’s a stage show that makes the public feel better and does nothing to actually penalize abusive behavior. Just because an “Under New Management” sign goes up, doesn’t mean anything. The process keeps up appearances long enough to continue the conquest of the economic environment. In the Corporatist world, people are no more real than the cartoon characters in their advertising. They don’t have to be. Their only purpose is to encourage a calculated and expected response.

A very sobering lesson comes out of examining the motives in promoting private agendas in the Corporatist structure and worldview. The great atrocities of history didn’t start out as finished plans. They were works in progress that went beyond their original vision. Concessions to expediency always seem like a good idea, at the time. The problem is that keeping up appearances sometimes results in the elimination and disposal of people. People wouldn’t normally shoot their neighbors in the head and bury them in a pit. Unfortunately, people have stood in silence, while others did it. After the fact, no one has a good answer for what they were thinking, at the time.

Process Of Elimination

Process of Elimination

With the methods of ostracism and administrative character assassination that are in common practice today, who is able to to resist and defend themselves against agenda driven invasions of privacy? Compliance with regulatory demand will be no protection, in the end. After depending on a system to provide their needs by robbing their neighbors, the corporate structure sees that people are no more loyal and trustworthy than any other mercenaries. People are so accustomed to going along, to get along, that they ignore their complicity with activities that will eventually be turned back, upon them. Life won’t always be this good. As budgetary and commercial pressures intensify, expediency will be served. If the choice comes down to who eats and who starves, the bureaucrats and corporate thieves will make short work of the population.

We have seen a number of triage programs to deal with economic upheaval. Those who are compliant and trusting, are the first to go. Shelters and “work” programs are polite euphemisms for ghettos and internment camps. You are “helped” only if you are the property of a dead thing. This is how more than 100 million people were exterminated in the 20th century. Marginalized people are eliminated, their numbers reduced to break any remaining spirit of independence, and the compliant survivors are trapped on a cresting wave of debt, only to be swamped in the collapse. There are more riches-to-rags stories, every day.

These conditions won’t change. There has never been a recovery of purchasing power in the Federal Reserve note, since 1972. It was at that time that it became a pure fiat paper currency. Without any connection to gold and silver, men were pledged as security against debt. If this comes down to people cooking and eating their children, they were warned. They’ve harvested their neighbors for long enough. The carousel of revolving, pass-the-buck debt is about to slow to a stop. The currency collapse, in it’s final phase since 1972, will be complete. In the meantime, all of the indebted, indentured servants in their material prosperity will enjoy the adjustment periods between the downward steps, called “recoveries”. The hypocrisy that displays the audacity to define economic terms has no standing to define anything involving equity. Without independent audit of a monetary system that has engineered the wealth transfer from real money life into fiat currency death, there is nothing but the economic evidence to examine. The convicting fact is that the United States no longer has the ability to produce wealth to match the ability to incur debt. The common phrase for that is “operating in the red”. A disruption in the flow of debt caused the collapse of September, 2007. The conditions that produced that collapse have been placed in a different basket. Instead of a housing bubble, the financial disease is now infesting the United States Treasury. The remedies applied to date are a negative. Whether they are called liquidity infusion or refinancing, both are a form of selling the future to an adversary.

In the notes from the madness that is financial news, we see that the banks are going to loan the Federal Reserve “money” to help stabilize it. The question is, which walnut shell is the pea really under? It’s in Ben Bernanke’s right-hand jacket pocket. It must be quite a scene when Ben Bernanke makes a withdrawal. He presents the demand at the teller window. The teller responds, “But, of course, Mr. Ponzi! Would you like that in small, unmarked bills?” In a related headline, “Banks at risk after wild copter heist”. Helicopter Ben must be at it, again.

I know that I will see many of the people who now tell me what I have to do, in the street. I will listen to them tell me how they lost everything, when the economy went to Hell. The only response I can give them is, “It’s not there, yet. You’re still breathing.” If things get that bad, there won’t be any tree bark and grass left to eat.

Fine Bureaucratic Cannibals

Fine Bureaucratic Cannibals

Trading independence for comfort always ends in slavery.

It always seems that the distinction between bureaucracy and legitimate representative government must be made. No one voted for bureaucracy. Such administrative structures are always a concession to expediency. Whether it is zoning regulations or “streamlining” the Judicial system, the process always involves waiver of the rights of a living, flesh and blood human being. When we are dissatisfied with the performance of social infrastructure, we must be careful about what we demand. We have certainly gotten expediency in exchange for justice, since 1860.

When we search history for patterns that reflect on our current circumstances, we see a number of striking parallels. We can look back and learn from the failures of the past. The names and faces change, but the agenda of world domination, remains. There are very real dangers in failing to recognize and properly confront dangers and their warning signs. Neglect has created a bigger problem to resolve, in so many cases. Does it always take a war to clean house in this world? It shouldn’t, but we weren’t taught well enough to do the right thing. Perhaps we can educate ourselves, better than we were taught.

The most damaging process was set in motion when we were drawn into a private law system, outside of the Constitution of the United States of America, leaving us at the mercy of bureaucracy. To be under a system that denies humanity in favor of legal fiction is the description of indentured servitude. The basic requirements of proper, binding agreement have been marginalized and eliminated, ever since. This is why the world in general, and the United States specifically, is so unstable. People have waived their rights as living beings, created by God. We have abandoned His ways, and the money that He created, in exchange for the legal standing and access to borrowed debt, in alliance with a corporate structure that openly and publicly, hates God. We have been complacent and compliant in the whole range of criminal activity, displayed by commercial activity in Corporatism. We have inherited lies from our fathers. The damage doesn’t end with the individual. The turmoil, confusion and consequences carry through to the third and fourth generations. This has been the case for so many generations, that the question of how much longer we can survive in this practice is brought into doubt.

Therefore, men and brethren, what shall we do? The choice is simple. We can either continue in our ungodly ways and perish, or recover our Standing as Citizens of One Nation under God. The means and Laws are there for our remedy. The question is whether or not we have the courage to stand in the face of severe corporate opposition, trusting our defense to God. He established this Nation of free people. He is able to restore and defend it from the Corporatist usurpers. The future security of our Nation is built on individual Sovereignty. We must educate ourselves and act on the evidence that we find. Conscience and future judgment will accept nothing less.

The Spirit of Dr. Moreau

                           The Spirit of Dr. Moreau

At some point, most people have seen the film or read the book, “The Island of Dr. Moreau”.  Of course, we see the theme of obsession with genetic experimentation regularly in the news headlines. This is merely a symptom of a deeper rooted flaw in the fabric of human nature. Society is ambivalent and apathetic toward the concept of human beings as livestock and property of the State. How society reached this point is just as important as where society is going in it’s practices.

Today, we see a divergence in response to the least of people in society. Private organizations provide basic subsistence resources to displaced and disenfranchised people.  Civil authority displays the opposite response. News headlines regularly feature stories of defenseless people, robbed, assaulted and killed by representatives of civil authority

Homeless people, the least able to defend themselves, see their meager possessions confiscated and then afflicted with fines beyond their resources to pay. In this manner, civil authority becomes the intake point for the internment camp labor system. As the Corporatist view of humanity infects social morality, the door opens for repetition of the abuses of the past. The protections that existed in society are quietly being eroded.

In every jurisdiction in the United States, a law enforcement officer is required by Law, to be bonded. Furthermore, said officer is required by Law, upon demand, to provide in writing the name and contact information for the bonding agent. Failure to meet these Lawful requirements is failure to Lawfully identify as a law enforcement officer. Only two possibilities exist in this circumstance:

1. If the law enforcement officer is not bonded, any action taken is as a private citizen, exercising authority that is not legitimately possessed. Any citation or summons issued is then a false instrument.

2. If the law enforcement officer is bonded, but fails to comply with the Law in identifying his or her status, the “officer” is then impersonating a law enforcement officer, a felony.

There is one very interesting point in this requirement. In my research, I asked a lot of questions, of people with a lot of good answers. It seems that many municipalities, by mutual consent, have chosen to ignore this law. The courts choose to ignore this law. In simple terms, cities choose to be lawless for the sake of expediency.

In history, this is the edge of a cliff. Over that cliff is the descent into Genocide.

I have a rhetorical question. When you are approached in a secluded area and there are no witnesses present, by a uniformed man carrying a gun, what do you do? My answer is simple. 40 years ago, I was given good advice. It was a very simple statement. I was told, “There is no court out on the road”.

Since that time, I’ve learned a great deal about the meaning of the statement.  The practical application of the statement is that you do not dispute or challenge anything the armed man says. In that setting, it is possible to be dead right. It appears that the armed man certainly has the means and opportunity to shoot a defenseless individual in the head. It can happen, here. It did happen on a train platform in Oakland, CA. Civil damages are no compensation for senseless and negligent death. Money can not revive the dead.

Why is this important? The protection provided by the requirements of Lawful identification are all that stand between a just society and Nazi Germany. Uniforms, badges and guns do not constitute legitimate and Lawful authority. People with my mother’s family name were deported from Holland and died in Auschwitz, Dachau and Sobibhor death camps. No one opposed that action and defended the defenseless. This is the complicity in genocide that resulted in 140 million people being murdered by their own governments, in the 20th century.

Do not think for a moment that modern society is on moral high ground in this matter. The contingency plans discussed for dealing with civil crisis are every bit as brutal and homicidal as anything that any tyrant has done, in the past.
