I’ve been away from my usual activities for a little bit. I picked up the materials to start a drafting project. I’m going to draw an engine that I’ve designed, over the last 40 years or so. I’m drawing it to demonstrate two principles. The first is to get around the pressure and fuel limitations in conventional engines. The second is to create a way to contain combustion in a small zone in the combustion chamber. This engi8ne would have both a load sensitive compression ratio and output speed. What I would do with it, beyond my own amusement, I don’t know. Yes, it would get as lot better gas mileage, perhaps double.

I’ve read so many articles and papers about altering the pressure curve, and they seem to be a partial answer, not really changing ther curver that much. I also want to beat the pressure limit at which detonation and pre-ignition occurs. If the pressure level is physically altered after the fuel is burned, there can be no damaging uncontrolled reactions. It’s just hot, inert gas.

The U. S. Patent Office has always been the most corrupt agency in the U. S. government. It’s that little clause about awarding patents to the applicant “best able to bring a product to market”. That’s why the man who invented the intermittent wiper blade system had to fight Ford for years, and spend 5 million of his own money to get a judgment. At the last that I heard, he hadn’t gotten a dime from Ford. The highest proprietary interest is served. I would rather put it in the public domain and have a thousand little cottage industry shops build it. That can’t be stopped.

Commercial Identity Update: Mar. 1st, 2012

Thursday. Mar. 1st, 2012 – With so many issues rising up in debate, it becomes easy to forget that the structural mechanisms have been in place, for 150 years. The general public sees these institutions as altruistic and beneficial. They believe the news media when the Corporate Wars of Conquest are promoted. Unless that changes, people will be led around by the ring in their commercial identity noses.

There are some issues that people seem to discuss in terms of completely new and different things. In reality, it is just more of the same old thing. The present extremes are just the same old commercial practices, wrapped in a new package and applied in more areas. The foreclosure fraud issue is the perfect example. The same practices that have functioned in banking are now applied to property title. If the financial structure can get away with loaning the same money to multiple borrowers, it is but a small step to selling the same property, to multiple buyers. The $26 Billion settlement is only a minuscule handling fee on $2.7 Trillion in theft. Yet, people will go out and vote for the same people that helped the mortgage industry rob them. People agree to the same old things. They get the same old things.

People talk about martial law as though it were some new thing. Nonsense. Commercial identity has never been outside the concentration camp of Corporatism. In many cases, the inmates and refugees guard each other. Role reversals occur with developments in circumstances. People confined within commercial identity can be deprived of liberty and property in one place and time, and then brutalize their neighbors transactionally, in the next. The smiling faces, on well – dressed people in the Utopia of media promotion may not appear to fit the dark description of a prison camp, but it is every bit as dangerous an environment. Acting in commercial identity makes everyone a predator, at some point.

With the Draconian legislation that has been signed into law in the past decade or so, their is cause for concern. The possible solutions put forth to deal with social crisis are all some form of internment. The fiat currency system, and by extension, the economy, is a Federally managed benefit program. Everyone is already in a concentration camp, without barbed wire and guard towers. The insanity is that the inmates all believe they have rights. The reality is that they are property, to be managed to the maximum benefit of the corporation.

The Feb. 19th update to “Two Masters” was written with the assumption that people are still free to decide which master they will serve. Taking a position for or against the position would resolve nothing, in the context of that writing. I contend here that, given the options, the question is why people choose to stay in debt slavery, and reject Biblical liberty. For the purposes of this writing, the choice3 of masters was decided when people chose their commercial identity. By voluntarily choosing U. S. citizenship, people have chosen to serve the debt slavery master, in perpetuity, cradle to grave. This is in stark contrast to the Biblical standard. A debtor would serve the lender for 6 years, and be freed from the debt, at the 7th year. In our culture, bankruptcy only frees the debtor to incur more debt. This system of unjust weights and measure deprive people of all liberty and property. It is all debt, from issuance into circulation, into and through the debt slavery of wages, legally defined as corpotrate profits, received as Federal employees. Like it or not, everything that U. S. citizens receive and possess, is taxable. Welcome to the Federal Debt Plantation.

Deu 24:14 Thou shalt not oppress an hired servant that is poor and needy, whether he be of thy brethren, or of thy strangers that are in thy land within thy gates:

Deu 24:15 At his day thou shalt give him his hire, neither shall the sun go down upon it; for he is poor, and setteth his heart upon it: lest he cry against thee unto the LORD, and it be sin unto thee.

What aspect of the word, “abomination” does the legal, financial and political system not understand? In the early 1900′s, men purposed to do this evil thing, the Federal Reserve. The people did not stand against it, and we are afflicted by harsh bondage, imposed by cruel slave masters. Our wealth. liberty and property have been stolen. Yet, people suffer these abuses, judging them to be sufferable. The tide will turn when people begin suffering the penalty for their own complicity in the present state of affairs. America rejected the provision and protection of the Creator, in favor of the fiat currency behind Door # 2. Those who sow in debt, shall reap poverty. Ask the people who’ve lost their jobs and homes how that is working for them.

Two Masters Update: Feb. 19th, 2012

This topic is written with the belief that people still have the choice of which master they will serve. The rebellious streak in human nature wants to be free of any authority higher than itself. That is a philosophical and spiritual impossibility, as I will demonstrate. Most people respond to the principles that I express in these posts with; “Oh all that old Bible stuff doesn’t apply to people today! Times have changed. We’re so much more modern than dirt farmers and illiterate herdsmen.” Are we really so advanced that there are no limits on behavior? The evidence of the news each day say that humanity hasn’t changed a bit, in 6,000 years.

One of the concepts that was raised today was the terms and conditions of debt and slavery, judgment and restitution, finally resulting in resolution and closure. Most people believe that the law is whatever you attorney can help you get away with. That may work for a little season, but not forever.

Deu 24:10 When thou dost lend thy brother any thing, thou shalt not go into his house to fetch his pledge.

Deu 24:11 Thou shalt stand abroad, and the man to whom thou dost lend shall bring out the pledge abroad unto thee.

There is much that is romanticized in the concept of majority rule. The fairy tale understanding is that the will of the majority is the right thing to do. There are circumstances that clearly contradict and reprove that notion. If 51 people decide that’s it’s a good idea to seize liberty and property from the other 49, the majority calls it good and right. This is the way that corporations legally steal money from their investors. MF Global does deceitfully by t5heir investors, failing to perform the terms of the agreement. The investors have little or no opportunity to recover their funds. JP Morgan bought the assets of MF Global, for pennies on the dollar. The legal system has withheld judgment, the “law” has called the transgression good and right.

The foreclosure fraud issue is an even bigger miscarriage of justice. By the recent $26 Billion settlement agreement, the banks escape making full restitution. The banks walk away from their obligation, paying less than 1/1,000th of the total amount of damages. Clearly, the legal system has been negligent in it’s fiduciary duty, to protect the people from unjust monetary and real property damages. To this point, the majority has been consenting in this institutionalized theft.

By the standards established by the Creator, there is a lot wrong with these perversionms of justice. People believe that whatever they can negotiate, whatever they can get away with, is honorable and equitable. That is not so. When men create their own law, they are lawless. Do people have enough common sense to see and understand that, or do they have to find that out, after they are passed out of this world?

Commercial Identity

As I’ve written in the past, every conflict has a commercial root. This principle should be obvious. When the numbers don’t match up with expectations, there is conflict. This applies to everything from the price of a candy bar going up a nickel, to the major changes in the economy. The only certainty is that there is a problem, and someone is going to pay for it. These conflicts get out of control because people fail to distinguish between humanity and commercial identity. In those instances when we find that people don’t seem to be the people we thought we knew, it is because we knew their humanity. The standards and behavior change, when commercial identity takes over.

The contrast is so striking because the change appears to be a complete betrayal of belief and conscience. The fact is that there is no betrayal. In reality, choice of law and legal standing has taken place. Everything we are being told is still true to the beliefs of the party that is speaking. Simply stated, this is the nature of the double – minded culture in which we live in. That condition is rooted in a basic flaw in human nature. The will of the flesh and the will of the spirit are in constant struggle. What we experience is the shifting balance of power, and the resulting change in boundaries. It is perfectly understandable when we don’t recognize landmarks on the battlefield. Obviously, the combatants have changed alliances and friends become enemies. Enemies become business partners.

This basic conflict germinated and sprouted to become the “Two Masters” blog post. It is now necessary to expand on the duplicity of human nature. The fact that two authorities tug at huma intellect and conscience is a given. It is the nature of those two authorities that mark the boundaries in human behavior. we see obvious examples of this in the news and our own personal experiences.

Jas 1:8 A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.

People claim to be Americans, free inhabitants on the land, with inalienable rights, granted by the Creator. Yet, their commercial actions are compliant with Secular Humanism, the instruction and law of another god. This is the very definition of the double minded man. This is one aspect of the causes of trouble in the world. The world moves in the direction of the master that it loves, at the moment. As we see in the news every day, the world has moved far from any expression of Biblical standards. Everyone believes that they have the right to their own opinion. No argument there. The defect is in that debt changes all of that. The debtor is servant to the lender. The debtor becomes a commercial extension of the lender, a slave. In the commercial context of modern life, a slave expressing an opinion contrary to the will of the master, can be deprived of life, liberty and property. In effect, slaves are commercially executed. This is the obvious action taken, when a legal document is “executed”.

We decide which master we serve, many times in a day. So does everyone else.That interaction might be a little more stable and consistent, if we were mindful of our choice of law and legal standing.

Gal 6:7 Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.

Gal 6:8 For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.

Gal 6:9 And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

Gal 6:10 As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith.

Two Masters Update Feb. 12th, 2012

I don’t know if the last decade will ever be completely behind me. There are parts of it that were necessary to change both my understanding, and direction. That, I can accept. The things that I can not excuse, remain. Learning from those experiences does not add value to the specific activities. Learning does bring me principled conviction. Today, I can describe that resolve. Yesterday, I couldn’t.

The trap in life is that we can’t see the end of things. Everything looks like a good idea. If I knew in 2002, what I know today, I know that I would have made different decisions. The best I can say is that I was ignorant. I may have been reasonably functional in a commercial sense, but I had no idea what that would cost me. In the short term, it cost me the life I had known. In the long run, I know who my Master is. As far as I’m concerned, I won the most important prize in life.

The best place to start is the beginning. In 2002, I didn’t have the skills that are the core of my activity, today. I didn’t have the spark that would drive those tools in searching for answers to the right questions. I certainly couldn’t do the things I do, today. Yet, I do have regrets. They do change the way that I see things.

Exo 20:8 Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.

Exo 20:10 But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates:

Exo 20:11 For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.

Mat 21:10 And when he was come into Jerusalem, all the city was moved, saying, Who is this?

Mat 21:11 And the multitude said, This is Jesus the prophet of Nazareth of Galilee.

Mat 21:12 And Jesus went into the temple of God, and cast out all them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the moneychangers, and the seats of them that sold doves,

Mat 21:13 And said unto them, It is written, My house shall be called the house of prayer; but ye have made it a den of thieves.

My deepest regret is the commercial activity I did, in the name and support of ministry, on Shabbat. In the process of that experience, I had the support and acclaim from my friends and peers. Yet, I still had no peace. Every time I set up a merchandise table for a guest speaker, I couldn’t shake the haunting thought that I was setting up tables that Yeshua would have overturned. I eventually ceased that activity. Eventually, commercial conflicts arose that put me out, entirely. It was a simple choice. It was either stay on the right side of wrong, or leave. In the end, I walked away from the life I knew. I left people behind me because I could not be an extension of their commercial identity. I do appreciate that I learned valuable lessons.

I did learn very important lessons. I saw the commercial side of ministry, from the logistics side. I know the expectations, the marketing and promotion and the duplicity that manipulates public perception. I know the difference between a ministry and a Multi Level Marketing organization. I’ve seen many instances of people cultivating a sale, under the pretense of ministry. I watched who people in ministry spent the most time talking with, before a service started. That told me that the targeted person would buy something before the sun set, on the Sabbath. I’ve seen all of the rationalizations about buying and selling on the Sabbath.

There is no justification for delivering products that are for sale on the other six days of the week. The technical manipulation of payment options and breaking up the process among multiple people doesn’t change the fact that goods and money changed hands on the Sabbath. Even though I ceased my participation in that activity, it still weighs on me. People say that I don’t seem to care about anything and that I should take better care of myself. It isn’t that I don’t care. This is just the way that sackcloth and ashes look, on me. I would rather be a common beggar than dwell in comfort, in the house of suits and ties.

Two Masters

People believe that common ground exists, on which all conflict can be resolved. This is delusion. Believing in two contradictory statements as truth is the definition of madness.

No man can serve two masters
for either he will hate the one,
and love the other; or else he
will hold to the one, and despise
the other. Ye cannot serve God
and mammon.” – Luke 16:13 KJV

This is why it is impossible for a genuine, born again child of God to be a United States citizen. It is human nature to play both ends against the middle. Human shortsightedness fails to see the consequences of duplicity and double mindedness. First, people lie to themselves. They are then trapped into living that lie to keep the peace with the crowd. U. S. citizens rejected God’s provision in favor of the deal that the corporation in Washington, D. C. has behind Door #2. We shall see how that covenant with Death comes out.

Let your “yea” be yea, and your “nay” be nay. Any compromise between the two is hypocrisy.

“Ye hypocrites, well did Esaias prophesy of you, saying, This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoreth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me. But in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men” – Matt. 15: 7 – 9, KJV

It is obvious that actual practice in the United States exposes the hypocrisy of the “one nation, under God” concept. The Constitution being as irrelevant as it has become by the duplicity and subterfuge of human nature, there is one little detail that is important. There is no Constitutional requirement for a loyalty oath to the Federal corporation. That being said, we can now examine the nature of oaths and the way they come out in actual practice, in the United States.

The standard of authority is measured by obedience to the sanctioning Sovereign, the master of the land and the people. This is where the United States committed a fatal error, a great transgression. The important questions multiply with each departure from the precepts that are cited in support of Government authority. One Nation, under God? If so, is this a Nation and Country, identified by free inhabitants on land, lawfully described by recorded metes and bounds, of a political unity, by agreement? It isn’t that way, in the modern corporation, United States. Continuing the hypocrisy, if under Divine Providence, which god does this people worship? Is it education, worshiped by academia as it’s god? Is it the corporate structure, with it’s protocols of service and worship? I would be remiss if I didn’t ask if the social structure usurps the authority and position of the God of Creation. It obviously does, teaching for doctrines, the commandments of men.

Without getting bogged down in personalities and incidents, there are occasions when we get a glimpse into the inner workings of the corporate structure. The scandals in history expose the obvious depravity in the corporate structure. We have had government by racketeering, extortion, assassination, fraud, influence peddling, graft, perjury and too many other transgressions to list. Could it be that the United States is claiming allegiance to the wrong god?

There was supposed to be one set of rules, for everybody. Along the way, something got lost in the translation ………

The 6,000 year old struggle for world domination continues.

“And they come into Jerusalem: And Jesus went into the temple,

and began to cast out them that sold and bought in the temple,

and overturned the tables of the moneychangers, and the seats 0f them that sold doves:
And would not suffer that any man should carry any vessel
through the temple. And he taught, saying unto them,
Is it not written, My house shall be called of all nations the
house of prayer? but ye have made it a den of thieves.”

Just as in that day, as the temple of God in Jerusalem was the central point of standards for society in Israel, so too we were supposed to have a structure that maintained standards in our society. By failure to carry out those duties, the United States Treasury has now become the corrupt temple of the Federal Reserve private bank. No longer is the U. S. Treasury the guardian of honest weights and measures. Those who worship in the house of the Federal Reserve are about to see their tables overturned as they are cast out, into the street.

As the world has seen many times before, the Earth is the Lord’s, and all things contained, therein. The Creator of all things is the final authority in the affairs of men. Rebellion and corruption don’t last very long, and never have.

In the modern world, “the way it is” just keeps right on going, without skipping a beat. Eliminating competition is the United States Way.

“Ye stiffnecked and uncircumcised in heart an ears, ye do always resist the Holy Ghost;
as your fathers did, so do ye. Which of the prophets have not your fathers

persecuted? and they have slain them which shewed before of the coming of the Just One;
of whom ye have been now the betrayers and murderers;” - Acts 7:51 ,52 KJV

We should see the pattern, here. Every corporate structure develops a mechanism to eliminate opposition. The corporate structure of the world is no different in motive and political agenda than it was, 2,000 years ago. For that matter, open hatred and warfare against the Creator has continued for 6,000 years. The pattern is always the same. Kill the messenger, spin the news, protect markets and corporate territories.

Just as in the Book of Acts, we now see a more technologically advanced form of character assassination than in those days, but it’s still trial by public opinion and ostracism. The old, tried and true methods of blacklisting and smear campaigns continue, the pace accelerated by instant communication. It is a constant in human history that the struggle for control of material wealth results in actions taken that involve spiritual consequences that go unmentioned in public.In the context of this passage, we find one who has a claim to righteousness according to the public perception of the Law, standing in inaction with the cloaks of them who are busy committing murder, at his feet. Saul of Tarsis was a learned man, studied and approved by his peers and mentors in the Law. We have enough difficulty dealing with conscience, in hindsight. That is in the context of our public ignorance of the Law. Can you imagine the pressure involved in making judgment in the sudden violence of a public stoning? We should be grateful that we haven’t literally experienced that condition.

In today’s terms, we should still experience the discomfort and anxiety of such a moment. Those in positions of public trust commit all manner of depravity, in our names and by our legal authority. Yet, we continue in corporate trust with such activity. None of the standards of righteous conduct are met in the modern world. How shall we escape certain judgment? As long as present public conduct continues, the world is a vehicle accelerating down the wall of the pit of Hell. We should want to get off that track to destruction and get as far from it as we can. For those who haven’t forsaken the way of the world and called upon the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, asking for remission of sins, now would be a good time. The day is coming for Eternal destiny to be decided. That time is an individual decision. Late is the same as never. Whatever you decide, you will remember this, 1,000 years from now

Everyone is entitled to their opinion, and everyone has a free choice. To make informed decisions, it helps to know who you are dealing with.

“And it came to pass at the time of the evening sacrifice, that Elijah the prophet came near,
and said, Lord God of Abraham, Isaac and of Israel, let it be known this day that thou art God in Israel, and that I am thy servant, and that I have done all these things at thy word.
Hear me, O Lord, hear me, that this people may know that thou art the Lord God, and that thou hast turned their heart back again. Then the fire of the Lord fell and consumed the burnt-sacrifice, and the wood, and the stones, and the dust, and licked up the water that was in the trench. And when the people saw it, they fell on their faces; and they said, the Lord he is the God; the Lord he is the God.”
I Kings 18:36 – 39

This is what final authority looks like, in action. In Elijah’s day, when people went their own way and followed after other gods, judgment very often was direct and sudden. In our day, we see many examples of rebellion and defiance in current events. Today, the issues are as marked and polarized as any confrontation in antiquity. Many times we have seen civilizations come to a bad end because corruption and iniquity festered until societies came apart at the seams. We have been warned repeatedly of the consequences of actions that have led to the present condition of departure from the Biblical principles that safeguarded America. A confrontation that only Divine intervention can resolve is coming. We must choose this day, whom we will serve.

Sounds simple enough.

Read the ticket before signing. Front side, back side, third side (if there is one).

Some of the STATEs are figuring out that “we’re” figuring out that they NEVER satisfy Due Process when it comes to Notice.

There is no Notice without the paperwork. A judge can “tell” the defendant what the charge is until that judge is blue in the face, and nothing about Notice will have been satisfied. Notice isn’t satisfied without the paperwork.

There’s a basic sequence of events. First there has to be something actionable. Then, a charge has to be made. Then, a charging instrument has to be printed out (from the computer) and signed by the (at least “a”) witness. (Clerks are not witnesses. If a clerk is the charging witness, then that clerk can’t get anywhere near that case under the disguise of Custodian of Records, AND there’s some question as to whether the court, itself, is now the charging witness, given that the Clerk is the witness solely as a by-product of employment with the court. More details at some other time.) Then, that paperwork has to be served on the defendant “at a meaningful time and in a meaningful manner” to as to allow a “meaningful opportunity to respond.”

As a practical matter, how in the world does anyone enter a responsive plea until one has Notice of what one is charged with having violated?

To enter that plea is to waive Notice.

Where there is no Notice, to pretend that there is is to waive Notice.

To agree to enter that plea, any plea, may also constitute waiver of Notice.

Some jurisdictions are now including language in addition to the agreement to appear. The agreement to appear is the equivalent of a personal recognizance bond. Some people go into orbit over that thought. That thought isn’t worth much more than a passing glance, actually. Without the personal recognizance bond, the ticketing officer has the authority also to become the arresting officer. Some would-be defendants play the game that way. They go to jail for a few days and the matter is dropped. That’s not what makes good sense to this author, but to each his own.

The additional agreement language may have to do with entering a plea.

Where a form has language that one is not interested in agreeing to, the solution is to “negotiate” that form. How does one “negotiate” a form? By using a pen and drawing a line through the part that one isn’t interested in agreeing to.

To attempt to negotiate and to be told, “You can’t do that,” is to get evidence of “adhesion.” Without the effort to negotiate, there is no “adhesion.” The instant that negotiations are tried and not permitted, then there’s evidence of “adhesion.” Where the negotiation is not objected to, then there’s nothing more agreed to than the timely appearance (whether by paperwork or also in person). (Not agreeing to appear is not sensible. No doubt someone will press this to that limit. If so, take good notes about what happened and be sure to share that experience.)

Read the ticket.

One does NOT have to agree to enter any plea. Agreeing to appear is one thing. Agreeing to enter a plea is completely another.

Read the ticket. If necessary, “negotiate” that ticket so as to preserve the right of Due Process, starting with service of the paperwork containing the charges alleged. If one agrees to enter a plea, because that’s the language pre-printed on the (back of) the ticket, the one may very well have waived one of the best defenses going: violation of Due Process — no Notice.

After getting several notes asking about how to listen to these programs “live,” I learned that these are designed more for use as podcasts, and the equivalent, than as live radio programs. So, you get to pick when listening fits best into your schedule. Each is one hour.

They are good programs for getting into some of the foundational basics. For that audience, we’ve started at a very good place.

One of the stabilizing influences for the “dollar” has been its use/position as the “world’s currency.” That is no longer the case.

The nations listed below in this effort to move away from the “dollar” are also chief among the ones who have mounted the greatest political opposition to the “international banking cartel” based in Western Europe. As more and more nations around the world come to realize the stranglehold intended by the “international banking cartel,” they, too, will move away from the diseased life-blood of that regime, namely the “dollar.”

They will have, ultimately, the exact same fate happen to them as is happening here in “church of United States,” in the event they, too, stay with any “funny money” system. Should they opt away from the debt-based “currency” concept and back toward the asset-based Currency concept, they’ll avoid what’s about to happen “here,” and they’ll present the greatest, and actually the only, “defense” that exists against the attacks by the “funny money” promoters.

That’s going to take a while.

In the meanwhile, we’ll just see which marketplace activates that “defense” first. We’ll have one more confirmation of Judgment if the Asian markets move to a Scriptural Money system before we do. If we’re so blinded that we can’t apply God’s word until we see the other nations doing so, then we’re all the more severely under His Judgment.

India Joins Asian Dollar Exclusion Zone, Will Transact With Iran In Rupees

Two weeks ago we wrote a post that should have made it all too clear that while the US and Europe continue to pretend that all is well, and they are, somehow, solvent, Asia has been smelling the coffee. To wit: “For anyone wondering how the abandonment of the dollar reserve status would look like we have a Hollow Men reference: not with a bang, but a whimper… Or in this case a whole series of bilateral agreements that quietly seeks to remove the US currency as an intermediate. Such as these: “World’s Second (China) And Third Largest (Japan) Economies To Bypass Dollar, Engage In Direct Currency Trade“, “China, Russia Drop Dollar In Bilateral Trade“, “China And Iran To Bypass Dollar, Plan Oil Barter System“, “India and Japan sign new $15bn currency swap agreement“, and now this: “Iran, Russia Replace Dollar With Rial, Ruble in Trade, Fars Says.”“ Today we add the latest country to join the Asian dollar exclusion zone: “India and Iran have agreed to settle some of their $12 billion annual oil trade in rupees, a government source said on Friday, resorting to the restricted currency after more than a year of payment problems in the face of fresh, tougher U.S. sanctions.” To summarize: Japan, China, Russia, India and Iran: the countries which together account for the bulk of the world’s productivity and combined are among the biggest explorers and producers of energy. And now they all have partial bilateral arrangements, and all of which will very likely expand their bilateral arrangements to multilateral, courtesy of Obama’s foreign relations stance which by pushing the countries into a corner has forced them to find alternative, USD-exclusive, arrangements. But yes, aside from all of the above, the dollar still is the reserve currency… if only in which to make calculations of how many imaginary money one pays in exchange for imaginary ‘developed world’ collateral.
