At some point, most people have seen the film or read the book, ”The Island of Dr. Moreau”. Of course, we see the theme of obsession with genetic experimentation regularly in the news headlines. This is merely a symptom of a deeper rooted flaw in the fabric of human nature. Society is ambivalent and apathetic toward the concept of human beings as livestock and property of the State. How society reached this point is just as important as where society is going in it’s practices.
Today, we see a divergence in response to the least of people in society. Private organizations provide basic subsistence resources to displaced and disenfranchised people. Civil authority displays the opposite response. News headlines regularly feature stories of defenseless people, robbed, assaulted and killed by representatives of civil authority
Homeless people, the least able to defend themselves, see their meager possessions confiscated and then afflicted with fines beyond their resources to pay. In this manner, civil authority becomes the intake point for the internment camp labor system. As the Corporatist view of humanity infects social morality, the door opens for repetition of the abuses of the past. The protections that existed in society are quietly being eroded.
In every jurisdiction in the United States, a law enforcement officer is required by Law, to be bonded. Furthermore, said officer is required by Law, upon demand, to provide in writing the name and contact information for the bonding agent. Failure to meet these Lawful requirements is failure to Lawfully identify as a law enforcement officer. Only two possibilities exist in this circumstance:
1. If the law enforcement officer is not bonded, any action taken is as a private citizen, exercising authority that is not legitimately possessed. Any citation or summons issued is then a false instrument.
2. If the law enforcement officer is bonded, but fails to comply with the Law in identifying his or her status, the “officer” is then impersonating a law enforcement officer, a felony.
There is one very interesting point in this requirement. In my research, I asked a lot of questions, of people with a lot of good answers. It seems that many municipalities, by mutual consent, have chosen to ignore this law. The courts choose to ignore this law. In simple terms, cities choose to be lawless for the sake of expediency.
In history, this is the edge of a cliff. Over that cliff is the descent into Genocide.
I have a rhetorical question. When you are approached in a secluded area and there are no witnesses present, by a uniformed man carrying a gun, what do you do? My answer is simple. 40 years ago, I was given good advice. It was a very simple statement. I was told, “There is no court out on the road”.
Since that time, I’ve learned a great deal about the meaning of the statement. The practical application of the statement is that you do not dispute or challenge anything the armed man says. In that setting, it is possible to be dead right. It appears that the armed man certainly has the means and opportunity to shoot a defenseless individual in the head. It can happen, here. It did happen on a train platform in Oakland, CA. Civil damages are no compensation for senseless and negligent death. Money can not revive the dead.
Why is this important? The protection provided by the requirements of Lawful identification are all that stand between a just society and Nazi Germany. Uniforms, badges and guns do not constitute legitimate and Lawful authority. People with my mother’s family name were deported from Holland and died in Auschwitz, Dachau and Sobibhor death camps. No one opposed that action and defended the defenseless. This is the complicity in genocide that resulted in 140 million people being murdered by their own governments, in the 20th century.
Do not think for a moment that modern society is on moral high ground in this matter. The contingency plans discussed for dealing with civil crisis are every bit as brutal and homicidal as anything that any tyrant has done, in the past.
